Contact & business details
Use the details below or send the repair request form.
Requesting a visit takes a few minutes. Use the form on this site, describe what the appliance is doing, and we will come back to you to agree a time window. The more precise the description, the sooner a technician can plan the right tools and likely parts.
What to have ready
- The appliance type and where it sits: kitchen, laundry closet, garage, basement or in-law unit.
- The model label, usually on the door frame, an inside wall, the drawer edge, the washer lid or door rim, or behind the hood filters. A photo is fine; our guide to finding the Whirlpool model number lists the usual spots.
- The full code if the display shows one, written exactly as it appears, such as an F number followed by an E number.
- What happened just before the problem began: a power cut, a move, a long cycle, a new hose or a heavy load.
- Building details that affect access, such as stairs, shared laundry rooms, parking restrictions, a doorman or a lockbox.
Who should send the request
Tenants, owners and property managers are all welcome to ask. Because repairs happen only with the approval of the owner, please tell us if someone else will make the decision on the estimate, so the written estimate reaches the right person.
What happens next
After your request we confirm the details and the visit window. The technician diagnoses the appliance on site, then gives you a written estimate describing the fault and the proposed repair. You decide. Declining leaves the appliance exactly as it was found.
Hours
We take requests and schedule visits Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A request sent outside those hours is read when the next working period opens.
Our area
We cover San Francisco and the Bay Area, among them the counties of San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin, Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Sonoma and Solano. The locations index lists the neighborhoods and cities we serve, and each one describes local access details.
Before you send anything
If the issue could be a quick fix, our common problems index points to articles with owner-safe checks. And if you smell gas, leave the home first and call the gas utility or 911 from outside; a burning smell or sparks means switching the appliance off at the breaker before you do anything else.

Answers before you ask
A few common questions before service.
You submit a request with your appliance model and symptom, we confirm an appointment window, and a technician performs an on-site diagnosis. You then receive a clear estimate and decide whether to proceed before any repair begins.
Yes. We provide an upfront estimate after diagnosis. No parts are ordered or installed until you approve the work, so there are no surprise charges.
Replacement parts are selected for the exact model and confirmed with you before ordering or installation.
Service areas are listed on the Locations page. Contact us with your ZIP code to confirm current coverage for your address.
