When automated methods cannot level out the clothes, a top load Whirlpool washer shows OFb, or ofb. The load must then be spread evenly around the washplate by hand.
With the code on the display
End the cycle: press Start, or pull the power cord.
If the tub holds water, run a drain-only cycle.
Move clothes around or take some out, so the load lies level and the washer is not overloaded. The manual proposes the Bulky or Heavy Duty cycle for the next attempt.
Optional: when washing is finished and you only want the water out, run Drain & Spin after rearranging.
When the cycle can still be paused
Start pauses it. Lift the lid, rearrange the garments or lessen the load, then press Start once more to carry on.
